Digital Delivery (Gift Codes) — Shipping Policy

• No physical shipping: Our gift cards are digital codes. No physical items are shipped and no shipping fees apply.
• Delivery method: We electronically deliver the gift card redemption code to the email address provided at checkout (or to the designated recipient email).
• Delivery completion / risk of loss: Risk of loss and title pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the gift card code to the purchaser or designated recipient. Customers are responsible for safeguarding the code and preventing unauthorized use.
• Non-functional code: If a gift card code is non-functional, the customer’s sole remedy is replacement of the code.
• Help with delivery issues: If you don’t receive your code, please check spam/junk folders and confirm your email address was entered correctly, then contact us at [support email] with your order number.
